Prof. Dr. Dileep Kumar M. is the former Vice Chancellor and Full Professor of Business Management at Hensard University in Toru Orua, Bayelsa State.<\/p>\n

His research interests include strategic management, entrepreneurship, SME development, human resource management, consumer behaviour, and organizational behaviour. He possesses two doctoral degrees in behavioral sciences and business administration.<\/p>\n

He has over 200 peer-reviewed articles in international and national journals, 80 brief case studies in business management, 30 edited book chapters, and over 90 proceeding papers at international and national conferences.<\/p>\n

Along with his academic credentials, he possesses eighteen patents, seven patent publications, twenty-seven copyrights, and 30 books on business management, as well as 3 monographs.<\/p>\n

He has delivered more than 225 keynote\/invited addresses.<\/p>\n

\u2018AI and Psychology\u2019, \u2018Say No to Precarious Working Conditions, \u2018Glue of Organizational Culture,\u2019 \u2018Case Studies in Organizational Behavior, \u201850 Short Case Studies in Management,\u2019 \u2018Innovative Ways to Manage Stress,\u2019 etc., are just a few of the books he has written.<\/p>\n

He is an editor and editorial board member for several high-impact international periodicals. For more than 28 years, he has instructed academics, researchers, and business leaders from more than 25 countries.<\/p>\n
